The first piece in the Chakra Series
Welcome to my Chakra Series! Last week, I wrote an article called “Chakras: The Basics and How You Can Heal Yours.” There was quite a bit of positive feedback on the article (which I GREATLY appreciated), and to continue on the subject, I decided to begin this series, which will explore and discuss each chakra in greater depth, one at a time. We’ll be looking at the basic information about each chakra, as well as signs of imbalances and blockages and a variety of ways that each chakra can be cleared for optimal healing. Chakras are an integral part of our physical and spiritual beings.
Sometimes, I get really bad heartburn. The kind of heartburn that seems to last for days and days and makes me feel so gross. Picturing a bright yellow light in the area of my solar plexus usually helps alleviate this.
Sometimes, I feel a sort of pressure or even a gentle vibrating sensation on my forehead, right between my eyebrows, in my third eye. This tells me that my intuition is active and strong.
Sometimes, my chest gets really tight. It feels like it needs to crack, but I can’t crack it. This could mean that my heart chakra is blocked, so I take the necessary steps to open it again. Continue reading “Chakras: The Basics and How You Can Heal Yours”
