It’s hard to believe we’ve already reached the last piece in this Chakra Series! It’s been a lot of fun working on it, and I’m so grateful to those of you who have taken the time to read the articles and given me some feedback on them. You may have noticed that this article is not about the third eye chakra (which should have followed the throat chakra in my Chakra Series). Don’t worry! We are just taking a slight detour. I’ll continue with the Chakra Series on Thursday, but at the moment, there is something pressing on my heart, which I feel deserves an article of its own and simply can’t wait for the Chakra Series to end. Chakras are an integral part of our physical and spiritual beings.
Sometimes, I get really bad heartburn. The kind of heartburn that seems to last for days and days and makes me feel so gross. Picturing a bright yellow light in the area of my solar plexus usually helps alleviate this.
Sometimes, I feel a sort of pressure or even a gentle vibrating sensation on my forehead, right between my eyebrows, in my third eye. This tells me that my intuition is active and strong.
Sometimes, my chest gets really tight. It feels like it needs to crack, but I can’t crack it. This could mean that my heart chakra is blocked, so I take the necessary steps to open it again. Continue reading “Chakras: The Basics and How You Can Heal Yours”
